Refund policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days, allowing you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the condition you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

For initiating a return, please reach out to us at contact@hawa-beauty.com. Note that returns must be sent to the address we provide upon your return request.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and immediately contact us at contact@hawa-beauty.com if you find any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do accept returns in case if the product is not as per display or in case if the product isn't valid and return will only be acceptable within 3 business days after the product is delivered.

Returns of sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
We will inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at  contact@hawa-beauty.com.
